William via email 5/5/11: "The dollar bill and other currency was probably change people dropped into the sculpture. Many people tend to drop money into my works from time to time. The stones are from the grounds of a specific secret society organization at the ivy league institution from where I appropriated the box with vinyl. That organization is also known to have removed the skull of the Native AMerican warrior Geronimo from his grave in New Mexico. Many attempts have been made to recover the skull by native american nations but unsuccessful."
